I came across Lucy’s Instagram profile when searching for MUA’s for my wedding and I loved the way she used makeup to enhance natural features. She is incredibly skilled at what she does, paying attention to the small details to ensure you look even better than expected on your day! My 4 bridesmaids were equally impressed with her. Lucy was really easy to communicate with throughout the booking and planning process and triple checked I was happy with everything before the big day.

Emma & Emma: 

Well what can I say about Lucy, other than she is an absolute diamond. Lucy took on our wedding at fairly short notice and from the first contact she put our minds at ease. She has been exceptionally accommodating to our needs and requirements for our big day.  Travelling between two different venues to accommodate two brides.

Every step of the way, Lucy has been there with care and advice not only about our makeup but routine skin care for the long term too. Throughout our trial, Lucy kept us informed at every step of the process.  Letting us know exactly what she was using and why.  Our children being young and curious also got to enjoy the pampering with a dash of lip gloss which made both of their days!

On the morning of the big day, Lucy's calming energy helped us to both relax and enjoy the run up to the ceremony.  Lucy wasn't just with us for makeup she also helped encourage the children to get dressed and fixed our hair in an emergency. She got involved in all aspects and it felt like we'd known Lucy for years.  It was almost like Lucy could read our minds, as she was ready with everything we needed before we knew we needed it!

I would highly recommend Lucy to anyone looking to have bridal makeup. You will not be disappointed.

 

Alex: 

Lucy was recommended by another make up artist and I am thrilled I booked her! Lucy was absolutely fantastic, she was there from the moment I booked and I loved her bridal information booklet. Lucy was professional, communicative and  just fit in with the morning making it so stress free and really added the personal touch! It was a pleasure to have her there on the morning and I would not have wanted anyone else. Lucy gave me a bridal make up kit which was an unexpected bonus on the day and I still have some of it! The blotting paper and mints were a great touch and extremely thoughtful! She had thought of everything. Everyone commented on how well the make up stayed on and how it highlighted the bridal party’s features!

After the wedding Lucy has been in touch and offered some guidance towards skin care products and asked us how the day went, she has been a great support leading up too and the day of. 100% would recommend her!

I cannot rate Lucy more highly. She's been exceptional throughout the entire wedding planning process and even more incredible on my actual wedding day. She was extremely professional yet warm and fit in with the whole morning perfectly. She's incredibly skilled as a Makeup Artist. My make-up stayed on all day and I felt absolutely beautiful.

On the morning of my wedding, Lucy couldn't have done more to help out and helped keep everyone calm when things were getting a bit stressful with timings (nothing to do with her or any other vendor). She fitted my veil and even finished doing up my buttons on my dress when my mum was finding it too difficult. She was compassionate and accommodating to my son who has additional needs and was helping him to stay calm too.

I'll forever be grateful to Lucy for how easy she made the whole process and making me look like the best  version of myself for the best day of my life. Thank you Lucy!
 

Chantelle: 

Lucy was my make up artist for my wedding and did my make up as well as my mums and bridesmaids. Lucy was amazing throughout the entire process. She was super lovely at the trial to myself and my mum who also wanted a trial. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable and felt like a bride. Her communication was brilliant, when I had questions about skin care in the lead up she was so helpful. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. She fit one of my bridesmaids in for make up last minute and they all looked amazing. I broke out with stress spots the week of my wedding and she was so reassuring, and managed to cover everything. I couldn't recommend Lucy enough!

 

Lucia:

Lucy was a great MUA and extremely professional. She took her time on the trial to make sure I was happy with the look and she listened to all the ideas I had. On the wedding day itself she navigated doing myself as the bride and 5 other members of the bridal party - she arrived at the venue promptly to get started. She was polite, worked well with everyone and navigated the chaos going on around her that morning to help us all be ready in time. All the bridesmaids were really happy with their make up and looked amazing. My Mum who also had her make up done and was nervous about having too much make-up was also really happy with her look. My make up was exactly what I wanted and lasted all day, all night and into the next day!! Lucy stayed until I was in my dress and ready to walk down the aisle ready to do touch ups until the last moment. Overall, she was polite, professional and worked hard. I would definitely recommend her to others.

 

Ayesha:

Lucy was incredible from start to finish! Her communication was great and she was very reliable. The trial went great and she really spent her time to find out exactly what I wanted and the quality of her work was amazing! Lucy tuned up on time on the day and even got us all made up an hour before we were due to leave which took the stress away on the morning. She even had time to do final touch ups just as we were leaving and stayed until the very last minute. My makeup on my wedding day was just as perfect and I chose not to make any changes from the trial. Lucy is so talented at what she does and was a pleasure to spend my wedding morning with! She has such a lovely and calming presence and was a joy to have around! All of my bridesmaids were also very pleased with their makeup. My makeup lasted all day through lots of tears and the heat with it being the hottest day of the year. I was even given a touch up kit which was so handy to use throughout the day. Nothing was too much trouble for Lucy and she even helped me to pick out my wedding day lipstick and answered any questions I had on the lead up to the day. I am so grateful to have found her to do my wedding makeup! The girls and I would really recommend her to any future brides!
